SHIPPING & RETURNS

How are Loopys shipped?
We primarily ship USPS First Class Mail. We also offer USPS Priority Mail 2 Day and USPS International Mail. Within the USA, Loopys usually arrive in 2-3 days from the day of order. Our standard shipping costs are determined by weight and automatically calculated at checkout. If you require a different shipping service other than USPS shipping, we are happy to accommodate your request on an individual basis. Please email sales@loopygear.com before you place the order and we can provide shipping costs for overnight services or other carriers such as UPS or FedEx. We will contact you with your preferred shipping service rates and send you a personal invoice with the total amount. 
* International customers are responsible for any tariffs, duty fees, or taxes that your country may apply when received. We are not responsible for any of these fees.  International shipping typically arrives in 10-15 days, depending on the country.

Are Loopy Gear products always available and ready to ship?

We keep our website updated with inventory on product, however, every now and then, we are "out of stock".  That doesn't necessarily mean that we don't have more, but since we are a handmade company, we may need time to complete an order.  All of that being said, we do our best to keep all products in stock and ready for shipment. The standard handling time for all in-stock items can range from 1-3 business days. All out of stock items can range from 5-7 business days. We strive on delivering our products to our customers as soon as possible and do our best to send out packages within 24-48 hours of when order was received. If an item is on back order, it will ship out immediately once it becomes available.

 

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us by email within 15 days of receipt and explain your reason for return or exchange. Also please specify if you would like a new product or would prefer a refund. We will issue a refund (minus shipping costs) once we receive the item and the return is approved. If you are interested in an exchange, please send the unused item (must be in brand new condition) back to us. Once our return department receives the item, we will then send the preferred item back to you. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You must provide pre-paid postage for the new item to be sent back to you. For your protection, please choose a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for a return item that is lost in the mail.

What is your payment policy?
Loopy Gear™ accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal for online orders using a Square (SSL certified) secure server. Sales Tax is applicable to the state of Colorado.
